Crypto currency at MVP stage

How can we address some of the problems faced by the startups using a crypto currency? Let us address the issues at the stages of  idea to  MVP and then to market validation. 
You think you have a great idea but you have no money or only little money.  But you are ready to take the help of a team to develop the idea into MVP and then to market validation. But it requires the help of two  people. Some one who knows how to develop the MVP and some one who knows how to sell it in the market. How do you pay them? They could be offered shares. But how much shares? What is the guarantee that they will deliver? If they don't then you will loose time and energy. Can a crypto currency help at this stage?

I had a feeling that the company structure do not fit to the needs of the startups. It is a bit inflexible. A startup has only very little resources  to manage in a fast changing scenario. When you start it is like entering into a maze. Only that, here the patterns are changing fast. How do you manage.? Who are your friends and foes? How to properly reward those who are helping and how to "punish" those who are working against?
